Services to Help Families Resolve Conflicts

At Advantage Family Business Center we work with individuals and with groups throughout the US to help resolve family estate and succession issues. We provide coaching, facilitation, mediation, training, and family retreats. All of our work is custom designed to meet your needs.

The “Hard Conversation”: The hard conversation is what is needed when the stakes are high, and when there is an elephant in the room that is being avoided.

A clear plan is a necessity BEFORE beginning a hard conversation. We are masters at planning and facilitating hard conversations. We help you create the best plan for your situation, and then can then facilitate the conversation.

Facilitated Conversation: A  conversation facilitator is a neutral outside party  who maintains a safe, respectful space for all, and keeps the conversation on track. Everyone has an opportunity to be heard. Having us facilitate can save, improve, or heal your relationships and keep you out of court. It creates a win-win outcome.

This  is done in the context of Family Group Work or  Individual Work with a family leader.
